# CallAccess + WebAccess This is a local future website concept reviewed on 2026-10-29. It is not a deployed product or a production communication service. ## Visual and content authority Build directly on the original CallAccess template and extend its existing elements in the explanation. Preserve original palette, Oswald/Roboto type, waveform, widget illustration, connection diagram and all nine feature icons. ## Product direction authorized by the user Combine CallAccess and WebAccess in one future omnichannel experience: website widgets for call, chat and video; an iMessage-inspired video view with picture-in-picture; and AI transcription of both conversation participants. Transcription does not imply translation. Visitors can independently choose one of 24 supplied Magic Animals as their floating CallAccess companion. The companion setting is separate from the communication channels and carries into Call, Chat, Video, transcripts and picture-in-picture. The interaction pattern adapts the local LUA glass popup, floating launcher, channel menu and draggable minimize/restore bar to CallAccess; it does not claim that LUA or LUATEL is part of CallAccess. ## Original CallAccess capabilities Browser click-to-talk, PSTN/mobile/SIP forwarding, DTMF and IVR, voicemail, department routing, SIP/PBX/VoIP integration, browser answering, encrypted calls, custom widget design. ## WebAccess scope carried forward Embedded and standalone communication on websites and mobile apps; voice, video and messaging; agent/customer context, chat history, tags, transfer, conference, screen sharing and audio/video escalation; third-party CRM and AI integration; session/user analytics; dynamic FAQs and information exchange; interactive live broadcast; encryption, platform independence, scalability and continuity through upgrades. These come from the retained historical presentation and are product-vision scope, not assurances of currently running integrations. ## Preview behavior English is the default and fallback. The local page supports German, Brazilian Portuguese, Spanish, French, Romanian, Turkish and Russian. It detects a supported browser language automatically; an explicit language selector or `?lang=` URL overrides detection, and a selected language is remembered only after optional preference consent. The preview includes light and dark appearance, an independent Magic Animal selector, a floating draggable companion, local call/chat/video simulations in a CallAccess-colored glass popup, a draggable compact minimize/restore bar for every channel, a speaker-labeled sample transcript, and synthetic sample video with native PiP where supported plus a floating in-page alternative. The companion label appears briefly beneath the animal, returns on hover or focus, and then rotates short localized interaction hints. Occasional localized help prompts appear while the companion is idle. No artificial eye overlay or eye animation is added to the supplied animal artwork. No real call, camera, microphone, external AI or message delivery is used. Chat responses are scripted. Contact requests are reviewed then handed to the visitor's email app; the website sends nothing. Language, appearance, companion and launcher position are stored only after permission; contact and chat data are not persisted. ## Official sources and contact Official website: https://callaccess.io/ Official legal notice: https://callaccess.io/impressum Official data policy: https://callaccess.io/privacy-statement Contact: information@callaccess.io Phone: +49 621 37 909 300 Address: Q7, 24, 68161 Mannheim, Germany Powered by Telerion: https://www.telerion.com No pricing, trial eligibility, certification, customer results, founding date, SLA or quantified voice-quality claim is established by this concept.
